Margherita

Created in 1889 by a Neapolitan pizzaiolo (pizza maker) in honour of Queen Margherita. Its ingredients are homemade tomato sauce, basil and fior di latte mozzarella cheese, ingredients that also represent the colours of the Italian flag.

Stracciatella

One of the freshest pizzas on the menu. The ingredients are homemade tomato sauce, sundried tomatoes, stracciatella and raw basil. Its name derives from the word stracciato (shredded) and is due to the breaking of the burrata between filata and cream.

Calzone Napoletano

Its origins can be traced back to the southern Italian region of Puglia. It is a closed pizza in the shape of a pie, very practical to eat, even while walking. Its ingredients are ricotta, ham, parmesan, tomato sauce and mozzarella di bufala. Due to the way it is made, it is a very juicy pizza.

Prosciutto crudo

This pizza is made with Parma cured pork ham, a ham cured for two years and with a higher humidity than Spanish hams. The toppings are: homemade tomato sauce, fior di latte mozzarella cheese and Parma ham, accompanied with basil and olive oil.

Nduja’ is a very spicy sausage typical of Calabrian cuisine and of Italian cuisine in general, made with pork and spices, including paprika. Its ingredients are homemade tomato sauce, basil, fior di latte mozzarella cheese and ‘nduja. If you are daring enough, ask us for our special chilli oil.

Of Neapolitan origin, it is one of the best known recipes in the world. Its name is given by the 4 seasons of the year which are represented by the 4 main ingredients: ham, mushrooms, artichokes and black olives. The base is homemade tomato sauce and fior di latte mozzarella cheese.
