MARGHERITA

Created in 1889 by a Neapolitan pizzaiolo (pizza maker) in honour of Queen Margherita. Its ingredients are homemade tomato sauce, basil and fior di latte mozzarella cheese, ingredients that also represent the colours of the Italian flag.

INFERNO

‘Nduja is a very spicy sausage typical of Calabrian cuisine, and of Italian cuisine in general, made from pork and spices, including paprika. Its ingredients are homemade tomato sauce, basil,  fior di latte mozzarella cheese and ‘nduja. If you are daring enough, ask us for our special chilli oil.

FUNGHI

A great classic that cannot be missing from our menu. The recipe uses seasonal mushrooms and fior di latte mozzarella cheese and handmade tomato sauce.

CALZONE

IIts origins are to be found in the southern Italian region of Puglia. It is a closed pizza in the shape of half-round, very practical to eat, even while walking. Ingredients are ricotta, minced beef, spicy sausage, mushrooms and vegetables. Due to the way it is made, it is a very juicy pizza.

PROSCIUTTO CRUDO

This pizza is made with Parma cured pork ham, a ham cured for two years and with a higher humidity than Spanish hams. The ingredients are: homemade tomato sauce, fior di latte mozzarella cheese and Parma ham, served with basil and olive oil.

QUATTRO FORMAGGI

For true cheese lovers! A subtle base of homemade tomato sauce accompanies the 4 cheeses mozzarella fior di latte, fontina, gorgonzola and provolone.

PIZZA MARINARA

One of the most typical Neapolitan pizzas. The ingredients are homemade tomato sauce, semi-dried tomatoes, anchovies, garlic and good quality oregano. A mouth-watering delicacy of intense flavor.

QUATTRO STAGIONI

Of Neapolitan origin, it is one of the best-known recipes in the world. Its name is given by the 4 seasons of the year which are represented by the 4 main ingredients: Ham, mushrooms, artichokes and black olives. The base is homemade tomato sauce and fior di latte mozzarella cheese.
